The pork tenderloin from Shogun Farms is the most tender, leanest cut on the entire hog, nestled inside the loin along the backbone. Our pasture-raised tenderloins are exceptionally moist and flavorful — a direct result of the natural diet and stress-free environment our pigs enjoy.
