Boneless pork chops from Shogun Farms are a quick, lean weeknight dinner cut from the center of the loin on our pasture-raised hogs. Without the bone, they cook evenly and quickly on the grill, in a cast iron pan, or under the broiler. Season simply with salt, pepper, and garlic, or marinate them in cider vinegar and herbs for extra depth. Our pasture-raised chops are noticeably more flavorful and juicy than anything you would find at a conventional grocery stores.
